- despite calls for it to be converted into a community centre, it is now a maintenance depot and offices for Arch Development Projects Limited. Appliance bays doors have been filled in and the tree removed but it still carries the name of Blythe Fire Station and a Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service crest on the outside front wall
